Confused.

I attended a dialogue session with director and the directorate members today. I cannot reconcile some of the things that were being explained and preached to us. The conclusion I gathered...is that we don't have to agree with our leaders or bosses. However, how should I reconcile the differences? I have my own principles as well.... How???
