Out of control

Have you felt like you have lost control of your life during certain periods of your life? I'm feeling like that right now. I'm not even sure what I'm doing anymore and a vision (not personal) of what I'm working towards. But I sure do realised that I've allowed myself to determine my self-worth by the feedback on my work. Ya, it's sad, I know, and I'm trying to get myself out of it.
