As you can tell, I'm really quite frustrated with my marriage. I've been channelling my energy elsewhere so that I have less energy to think and feel for my marriage.

I've signed up for NIE Biathlon next Sat and Great Eastern 10km run next Sun.

My plan is to go for Half-Ironman next year.

I think it's easier to get out of the marriage.
