Sea Swim

Getting the hang of swimming in the sea these days. It was actually quite enjoyable last Sunday!! Too bad it was the last lesson for the Triladies swimming lessons. To end off the course, we threw coach into the sea! :D

The race's this coming Sunday! Coming down with a bit of runny nose...hopefully that will clear up together with the sore throat by Sunday!!!
