Half-marathon

Wah...finally did my 1st half-marathon today. Quite interesting experience. Waking up at 4am to run. Quite crazy lah...but also quite enjoyable to run from dark till dawn. Think I may try the full-marathon next year but must really train up for it. :P

See all sorts of funny things during the run. Got runners 2/3km already start queuing up at the Deep Heat point to apply deep heat?!?! Jialat...like that how to run the rest of the 18km? But also good lah.. I was having a runny nose and the menthol smell really did a good job keeping my nose from running man! :D

Then there was this girl with 8km to go, calling out "Who got spray? Who got spray?" repeatedly. Her boyfriend replied in mandarin "Aiya, you stop calling already lah. Who will bring spray?" The girl said almost tearfully "But really very painful!!" and continued her "Who got spray?" Poor thing sia!!!

Overall, it was quite enjoyable lah...despite the fact of having to wake up at 4am. EL said the KL marathon starts at 4am. Lagi earlier! But good for people like me lah, by the time finish running also noon leow...kekeke....
